


CHALLENGES
SXS Wellness periodically organizes Health, Wellness, Fitness and Detox Challenges. They range in length from short 7day challenges, to mid-lengh
4-week challenges, and sometimes even 8-week challenges. Challenge types include: Dairy-Free, Gluten-FREE, Sugar-FREE, Alcohol-FREE.
There are also Daily and Weekly fitness challenges.
These challenges are a fun and competitive way to lose weight, reduce fat intake, adjust diet, detox, or just test your will-power. Winners are awarded
anything from apparel and fitness equipment to Wellness and Fitness packages.
