We made it! Way to go...8 weeks was a long time:) As you reintroduce foods into your diet try not to dive right in to the Boston cream donuts and extra whip frappuccinos. Your body has gotten used to clean living and may not love you for it later today. That said please go enjoy something you have missed and really taste and love every morsel of it! If you noticed feeling more energy or less digestive complains during a specific week, try to remember that and incorporate it into your regular life gradually.
