DAILY CHALLENGES

These are the Daily Challenges to be completed every day of the week. Each day has a different Challenge that will either be Fitness or Wellness related. There will also be one day allocated to doing a bit of reading/learning. The Physical challenges will increase in intensity each week. There will be a new Yoga Series each week. You can pick your own in the final week.
