SERVICES
Personal/ Semi-Private Training
- If your scheduling conflict is known in advance and we are notified at least 12 hours ahead of time, it MAY be possible to make the session up at a later date or with a different trainer. However, this cannot be guaranteed.
- If no card/account information is present, no further sessions will be conducted until the outstanding payment is received. Additionally, reserved time slots may be lost if payment is not made in a timely manner.
- Cancellation is permitted when a client is not able to participate in a single sessions for medical reasons or circumstances out of your control. With a valid reason a credit for a makeup session will be issued.
- If we are not notified of a cancellation before the session begins you will be charged for the full amount of the session.
Registered Programs & Camps
- If you are unable to attend a program due to medical reasons or circumstances out of your control (determined on a case-by-case basis), a refund may be issused if you notify us prior to your program start date. However, if the program has started, credit may be issued for the usused portion of the camp. If the program is based on a time period rather than sessions, a pro-rated credit may be issued.
NOTE: Credit will be issued in the form of cash value that can be redeemed for any SXS Fitness services. Credit is valid for one year from date of issue!
- In the case of a team or group that is not able to participate for circumstances out of their control (determined on a case-by-case basis), a refund may be issused if you notify us prior to your program start date. However, if the program has started, credit may be issued for the usused portion of the camp. If the program is based on a time period rather than sessions, a pro-rated credit may be issued.
Individual Classes

- Any classes booked and not cancelled without 12 hours notification may be charged as a session at the instructors discretion. This is done to ensure everyone a fair opportunity to attend a class.
- If you have not already paid for the class, your account/card may be charged for the full amount of the session.
- Cancellation is permitted where a client is not able to participate for medical reasons or circumstances out of their control (determined on a case-by-case basis). A credit may be issused if you notify us prior to your class session.
Consulting
- No refunds are available for completed consulting services.
- Unused, pre-paid and retainer-based consulting services may be eligible for a refund depending on the agreement between you and the SXS FITNESS INC. Standard notice for cessation of services is one calendar month, but this may vary between contracts. Be sure to check your agreement for details.
PRODUCTS
Fitness Equipment and Apparel
- May be returned within 14 days for exchange only. Returns are valid only for products that have not been opened, used or damaged.
- Products which are defective or damaged upon delivery may be returned immediately for exchange. Some products may need to be shipped directly to the manufacturer. This will be stated on the product package or instruction insert. Should you be unsure if this is the case, please contact sales@sxsfitness.ca.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges or refunds.
- Refunds are only available when an equivalent replacement is unavailable and customer does not wish to exchange for another product.
