BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp is a fun, exciting and fast pace workout great for any age, that will guarantee results. Programs are designed to accommodate every fitness level from beginners to athletes. Lose weight, gain confidence, build strength & lean muscle mass, and improve overall health all in an outdoor environment. Currently we do not have any Bootcamps available but we will be adding them shortly.

We have taken teams to the TOUGH MUDDER in 2013 and the WARRIOR DASH in 2014! Certain Group Fitness classes will have special exercises and training options that will help prepare you for these Events. Who know's what Challenge we will take on next?

Come out and join the SXS Fitness team for our next event that is TBD. Team members receive team registration rates, pre-workouts, custom Team t-shirts, a feeling of accomplishment, an after-party, and great stories to tell.
