Private or Semi-Private Training with Stefan is the most efficient and effective way to get results and achieve your goals. You will receive individual attention from fitness expert Stefan Overgaard. The training session and program are completely tailored to your specific needs and goals. You will also receive nutritional guidance including the option of meal planning. Clients can even request an optional fitness assessment with future re-evaluations. Sessions generally last minimum of 1 hour.
