WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
CrossFit is a style of training devoted to keeping workouts challenging and at SXS Fitness we keep your movements safe! The CrossFit prescription is “constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement.” In any given class you may be running, skipping, doing deadlifts, push ups and trying to learn how to walk on your hands. Modifications are made for ALL LEVELS of fitness.
WHO CAN JOIN?
Everyone!! from weekend warriors to elite athletes. In our classes we have bodies of all sizes, ages, and abilities. We are an inclusive, family environment that welcomes everyone to join in the fun.
Our hands on coaching and small class sizes help create an environment that supports our members. We strongly believe that we train in the gym to have fun out in our lives. You don't want to get injured in the gym, and we are here to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and in the safest way possible.
